make sure the book is manualized and then go t your bag and double click the manual and you will learn the skill and then you can set the skill in the skill page

You can learn books by double click on them , but first u need to make em manuals.

Wizzard - Prajna Village
Warrior - Bichon Province
Taoist - PhantomForest

Many books (manual) are in the commision merchant
