Well judjing by zeds settings a huge lure can give you maximum 3-4 rusts and because the items in screen r all lvl 50 that must mean that the lure had a majority of wi/ar mobs but because all the items are far from him and there r still some mobs alive i say he dropped items on floor and made screen.

P.s. 1 fenrir helmet is better than all thoes items put together
